Description
As the moon ascended over the lake, the last hues of rose and violet left the sky. Framed beneath a tree of gold and a tree of silver, a chance meeting between a creature of magic and a creature of pure logic took place. The petite unicorn mare gazed wide-eyed at the huge blue beast before her. He held out his hands to her. Curious, she stepped forward, seeing a warmth and kindness in his eyes. "I am a Kelijk and am called Hundbren Logic Master," the blue beast declared.
"They call me The Wanderer," the little silver mare replied.
"A horse with a horn?" Hundbren said indignantly. "How illogical."
"And a horse with a human-like face and human arms is logical?" The Wanderer replied with a bit of a smirk.
Hundbren stared at the little mare and smiled. "A valid remark, Silver One."

Here is my very long awaited gift art for ~Tweede-Kans. I think it was over a year ago that I said I would draw these two. I sketched my idea out in a notebook back in September. I drew it out two nights ago. And here we are.
I really like the colors I used in this picture. I think I used about half of the pencils in my box, which is a record for me. I need to do that more often. Hundbren was a lot of fun to draw, and I really hope I accurately captured him. I also wanted to show a first encounter between these two, and I tried to channel Spock when deciding on Hundbren's part of the dialogue
Any and all comments and constructive criticism are welcome
