Description
I saw 
's character Najda, and fell in love with her coloring. I was granted permission to draw her, and here she is.
One thing about her that struck me in Nick's description of this character was her pride. So, I drew her, head held high, strutting atop a cliff, overlooking the whole of her world. I'm not sure if the depiction of the landscape is really where she lives, but I like how it reflects her personality.

*blinks* I -know- I told you my thoughts on this before, didn't I? Otherwise, I have to be ashamed of myself, as this was an absolutely gorgeous piece of work!
Thus far, I have only just gotten Najda out of the emo-turn she's been in since her character creation, but now she's very much closer to the actual character I described in her profile, and this picture now depicts her to the letter.
As for the landscape, you ought to know about it at least a bit... I first encountered references to the Firebringer trilogy in your Elfwood gallery reading list, if I remember rightly. Hehe... she grew up on the Salt Flats, but lives in the Plains at the moment. *chuckles* She's seven and attending her first Longdance, actually.
One final question... well, two in one. Is there any way I could get my hands on the original (non-watermarked) scan and post it on her actual profile on the Vale? (obviously, with credit... I wouldn't -dream- of robbing you of that!)
